Highlighting the opposition's stance on Article 370 and the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA), Modi said, "The INDI alliance says they will reinstate Article 370 in Jammu and Kashmir and repeal the CAA, which grants citizenship to refugees. This is exactly what anti-India forces want; why does the INDI alliance want the same?"
In Gorakhpur district's Bansgaon, PM Modi accused the Congress of obstructing India's defence sector progress. "It won’t be long before BrahMos missiles are manufactured in UP. The BrahMos missile is in demand worldwide, but Congress created roadblocks for countries wanting to purchase it. The INDI alliance doesn't want India to become self-reliant in defence or to export weapons; they prefer foreign arms deals that bring them commissions," he remarked in reference to an exclusive report by ABP News. Targeting SP's 2012 election manifesto, Modi reminded first-time voters, "In 2012, SP's manifesto clearly stated that Muslims would receive the same reservation as Dalits, as given by Baba Saheb Ambedkar. This goes against the spirit of the Constitution, but the INDI alliance doesn't care."
Praising Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, Modi said, "Mafias have built mansions on government land under the Samajwadi Party. But since Yogi Ji took over, the situation has changed. Our Yogi Ji is an expert in bringing even the powerful to heel."
